Bravo is an intimate six-course private dining experience created by Adam Perconte and Brea Lanyon. A fusion of culinary mastery and design, Bravo brings together precision, presentation, and exclusivity, offering guests a one-of-a-kind dining experience where every element—from the plating to the tableware—has been thoughtfully curated.

THE BRAVO EXPERIENCE
Bravo’s philosophy of “Well Done” is about perfection, not variety. Instead of an expansive menu, we focus on refining and perfecting each dish—executed flawlessly with premium, high-quality ingredients sourced from around the world.
Our six-course menu is tailored for eight guests, each course meticulously plated and served on custom-designed Vanta tableware, crafted to enhance the visual and sensory experience of every dish.

With a background in fine dining and classical technique, Adam’s approach to food is precise, intentional, and deeply rooted in craft. After stepping away from restaurant kitchens, he now focuses on creating elevated private dining experiences that bring back the artistry and intimacy of the dining table.

BREA LANYON
As a visual artist and designer, Brea ensures that every detail of Bravo—from the plating to the environment—is an extension of her design philosophy. Her work in custom metal tableware and artistic presentation brings an added layer of refinement, making each dinner an experience unlike any other.
