BREA LANYON
Brea Lanyon is an Australian artist, designer, and entrepreneur known for her work across tattooing, fine art, metal design, and high-end homewares. With a background in Neo-Traditional and Art Nouveau tattooing, she built a career on bold, structured linework and refined composition, later applying those same principles to laser-cut metal and luxury product design.
Now the founder of VANTA, a high-end homeware and architectural metalwork brand, Brea has expanded beyond tattooing to create functional art for interiors, fine dining, and large-scale design projects.

Evolution
FROM TATTOOING TO METAL DESIGN
Starting in tattooing, Brea became known for her precise linework, filigree details, and composition that flowed seamlessly with the body. Over time, she recognized the parallels between tattooing and metal craftsmanship, leading to the launch of VANTA—a brand specializing in laser-cut steel wall panels, home decor, and fine dining pieces.
Her ability to translate skin to steel is what sets her work apart—whether in tattoos, metal, or interior styling, her designs are timeless, structured, and built to last.

Evolution of Style
LUXURY METALWORK & HOMEWARES
Brea founded VANTA as a way to bring her design philosophy into physical spaces. The brand offers:
Architectural metalwork, including gates, panels, and balustrades.
Luxury homewares, from fine dining sets to custom interior decor.
One-off and commissioned designs, bringing high-end craftsmanship into everyday living.
VANTA is not just about aesthetics—it’s about permanence, precision, and craftsmanship. Every piece is a statement, designed to complement high-end interiors, restaurants, and curated spaces.

PRIVATE FINE DINING & BRAVO CULINARY
Brea’s work extends beyond visual design—she has also merged industrial craftsmanship with fine dining. Partnering with her chef and partner, Adam, she co-founded an exclusive six-course private dining experience, where each dish is served on VANTA-designed plates, cutlery, and serving pieces.
Her approach to dining reflects her approach to design—crafted, intentional, and unforgettable.

FLEAZUS
THE PRADA OF PETWEAR
Brea’s love for luxury design and streetwear extended into pet fashion with the launch of FLEAZUS—a premium petwear brand designed for owners who want their pets to match their style.
Featuring:
High-end leather harnesses & stainless steel hardware.
Matching iced-out chains and accessories for pets & owners.
The Notorious D.I.B. collection, inspired by Brea’s British Shorthair, Dibs.
Fleazus is streetwear for pets, merging luxury materials with bold styling.

BOOKS
DOCUMENTING THE JOURNEY
Brea has self-published three books, capturing the evolution of her work:
Isolation (2020): A raw collection of sketches from the first Melbourne lockdown.
Renascence (2021): A 150-page sketchbook documenting a nine-month journey of artistic growth.
Skin to Steel (2024): A four-year chronicle of VANTA, from tattooing to fine metalwork.
Each book reflects the growth, challenges, and evolution of her creative journey.

VISION
BUILDING A LEGACY
As an entrepreneur, Brea continues to push VANTA Studios into new territory—architectural collaborations, VR exhibitions, large-scale installations, and expanding into fine dining.
Her approach is simple:
Make things that last.
Keep the details sharp.
Stay ahead of trends, but don’t follow them.
From tattooing to steelwork, from fine art to high-end interiors, Brea has built her name by doing things her way—with style, structure, and substance.
